DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

FINANCE

Fortune’s in-house finance team is superbly versed in financial planning, strategic initiatives, and business development. A singular mix of talent, the team identifies and acquires properties for development and investment, uncovers unique opportunities to maximize the value of Fortune International Group’s projects, and performs all financial management functions throughout the lifespan of each project, including exit strategies and dispositions. Additionally, the finance team maintains an extensive network of relationships with private, institutional equity, and banking partners—nurtured over forty years in the industry. When developing new funding sources, our long-standing reputation and expertise open doors.

END LOAN FINANCING

Fortune’s finance group houses the end loan team, which provides support to buyers in securing the financing they need through a joint venture with Vaster—the leading private real estate lender in South Florida. With a vast network of lender relationships and a deep understanding of financing products, our end-loan specialists are able to broaden the base of potential buyers for Fortune International Group’s projects. Our suite of end loan services includes obtaining FNMA approvals and renewals, matching buyer characteristics to the most appropriate lender, attracting new lenders, and identifying financing alternatives.

CONSTRUCTION

Fortune International Group’s construction team consists of experienced engineers with over 30 years of expertise in both general construction and luxury condominium development. Given Fortune’s unwavering commitment to quality control at every step, each project commences with the team providing input on the constructibility of design ideas and, from there, continuing through hands-on site management and delivery—providing a significant value to the development process.

Projects are each assigned to an on-site in-house team to expedite decisions and avoid delays. By directly handling pre-construction tasks and through on-site coordination with subcontractors and consultants, the construction team provides on-schedule delivery of a product of uncompromising quality.

ASSET MANAGEMENT

The asset management team provides all of Fortune International Group’s expertise and support to third parties—developers, capital sources, or lenders seeking to tap into local expertise and knowledge base. The areas of value-added expertise include design-development, sales, financial planning, closings, supervision of property management, and project transfer to condominium associations.
